We hope you love your Haus Labs products as much as we do, but if for some reason you wish to return any items from your order, we’ve got you covered.Â

If you don’t feel the shade you purchased is the right fit, simply reach out to support@hauslabs.com within 60 days of your purchase. Our Haus Care Team will happily work with you to find the right match and assist you with a free exchange or return*.

US Orders Return Policy
We offer free returns or exchanges on gently used items purchased from hauslabs.com, within 60 days of order date.

Any refunds or exchange items due to you will be issued upon receipt and review of the returned product(s). Please allow up to 5-7 business days after it's arrival back to us for your return to be reviewed.

For refunds, you will be refunded in full for the cost of the item(s) returned, back to your original form of payment. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, your refund will only reflect the amount paid for the item(s) returned. Any shipping fees paid on the original order will not be included in refund.
For exchanges, you will receive a separate order confirmation email for the exchange items being sent to you.Â
 **Some limited edition or collector's items may be marked Final Sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. All Final Sale items will be indicated as such on the product page for that item.
Discovery Sets are ineligible for return or exchange, and any charges for the cost of Discovery Set (if charged at end of trial period) are ineligible for refund.

International Orders Return Policy

At this time we do not accept exchanges on international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please note that you will be responsible for any return label creation and subsequent shipping costs, and we suggest you ship your return via a traceable service to ensure delivery.

Haus Labs is not responsible for lost returns, including, but not limited to, any returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization through our Haus Care customer support team.
Please note that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.
We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns. Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review, and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
If you’ve purchased our products outside of hauslabs.com, please inquire about your returns directly with that retailer, as we are unable to assist with any orders not placed through hauslabs.com directly.
