For optimal performance, shake the pen before each use and store flat with cap closed tightly. If the brush tip starts to feel dry, simply wipe with a damp paper towel to re-activate ink flow. Applying setting powder and allowing eyeliner to dry fully will minimize smudging on more oily eyelids.

I have tried so many eyeliners!! Every eyeliner I try always leaves a shadow on the top of my eye lid due to my aging skin. This eyeliner lasts all day and does not rub off on the top of my lid. perfect!
